Company ';A'; built our conservatory 3 years ago. An employee of that Company who did part of the work has now put photos of it (and our neighbour's conservatory) on his own new Company's website. No-one asked our permission to take these photos and it definitely isn't a Company ';B'; conservatory. Company ';A'; is now bankrupt so it's no concern of theirs but we still feel that this is not on. Does anyone know anything about using unauthorised photos and misrepresenting them ?
